Position Available For: Campground Host and Summer Caretaker
Camp Concordia, Gowen MI:
Is taking applications for the positions of campground Hosts and Summer Caretakers.
Ideal Start Date: May 23
Time is flexible, with peak time running from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day weekend.
A full hook-up site is provided, along with full use of the camp and its facilities.
Meals are provided when the summer program is in session (June-July)
Compensation- If needed, can be discussed based on abilities.
Responsibilities:
Welcoming, checking in and caring for the needs of campground guests,
collecting and reporting fees, along with managing the registration process.
light janitorial duties and building care. Helping around camp when able.
Caretakers: Help maintain camp facilities and grounds, and assist with projects and servant groups.
Camp Concordia:
Is a Recognized Service Organization of the LC-MS in the Michigan District.
Provides summer camp programs for youth, along with a family focused RV campground
The campground consists of 38 sites, all with electricity; and several group site areas.
Is located on 60 beautiful waterfront acres on Half Mile Lake.
The lake is part of a 5 lake chain connected with channels.
Is within 30 minute driving distance (northeast) of Grand Rapids, near Greenville MI
